Day 1 - walang katapusang diet

Wew!.. I just got home. Hug and kissed my Gabriel and immediately turn on my personal computer after that.

Visiting my blog is just one of my habit when I go online. Anyways, it's not that. Today is just a big day for me. My first day of diet. hahaha..

I had my breakfast. Only ate one cup of rice, not the normal because I eat 2 cups of rice per meal. HAHAHA.. ana ko kadako ug kaon. Of course akong sud.an ky corned beef then nag banana pod kunohay ko. Hopefully, kani xa na kaon makaya nko. I guess balance na xa dba? As long as dli ko msakit sa akong diet then that's fine. It's just i'm very persuasive in fulfilling my goal to get the figure I had before. Mabuang nko ani.. ahhaha.. Walay magbuot. ang masuya ma deadz.. hihi
Maybe you wonder the reason why i'm doing these sacrifices.. It's not because of someone.. it's because of myself.. OKAY??? let's clear it lng ky naa rbay mga bati ug huna2x dha na mga taw. hihi..

    1. ayaw pag kalit2x ug gamay nga ka.on..(control and destruct ur apitite) if u think daghan ka na ka.on rong adlawa. tommrow gamayun napud nimo.. imo mind ky nag think nga lami e ka.on maayu.. then ka.on ug gamai lng.. if imo mind nag think wai gana e ka.on ka.on ug igo2x lng.. (destruction of apeitite)

    if u can handle a cup of rice to execute ur diet process.. be it. if not make it 1 nd half for ds week nd.. make it a cup nlang sa sunod na week.. so dat ur apitite will change condition in healthy process..(dili mag sakit ug kalit imo tiyan ug uban pah sama sa ulcer nimo..)

    3. eat ur meal slowly. (inanai lang nga ka.on.. para dali ma busog.) try to discover ka.on din 3 to ka hungit sa pag ka.on then pa taud tauri mga 30 seconds inom dayun 2big bisan gamai lng..

    4. Water therapy.. (kung ganahan ka mo snack.. inom nlng ug tubig.. kung ma dala.. then tingubon na dayun ang ka.on inig meal time.) heeheh

    ang upat lang nah nga akong g.nabuhat.. sa akong problema nga apetite.. heheh

    good tips you got there ken..:).. nweiz.. yep.. that's what i'm doing right. KAna rth one. Gisugdan nako yesterday na dli na gyud ko mag coke. useful au imong tips dah.. I liked it. spoko!!!
