Last August 28 to 29 2009, me together with the mountaineering club members went to Argao to conquer Mt. Lantoy side trip Agta Cave. We also went to Bugasoc Falls.
At around 8o'clock in the morning last Saturday, me and the others met at Starmart across South Bus Terminal. After that we went inside the Terminal and waited for Alain for about an hour. When Alain already arrived, we immediately jaunted in the bus and started our trip to Argao. After the 2 hour trip, around 11am, the bus dropped us at the bus stop. Had our lunch and walked to Argao Complex. We group ourselves into 3 groups having 6 members in each group since we were 18 all in all. We went to the market and bought different kinds of ingredients such as pork, noodles, canned goods and etc for our dinner. Regroup, changed our casual clothes to our climb outfit and waited for the group of motorcyles who would fetch us to the place where we would start our climb.
And so we started to walk to the trail. We passed more or less than 5 river banks. Climbed dangerous trails and reached the camp site. Spent our night there, had a few drinks (The bar), slept for more or less than 5 hours and woke up at around 5am.
We started our trail to Bugasoc Falls around 8:30am and reached there around 9am plus. We enjoyed the beautiful sceneries while walking in the woods. Stayed for almost an hour at Bugasoc Falls. And so.. we started to walk again. Alas we reached the peak of Mt. Lantoy at around 2pm plus. We were all tired and thirsty as well because we run out of water supply. HAHAHA.. We went home and reached the city at 6pm in the evening. We had our dinner at Elizabeth Mall and decided to go home. FLAT TIRED. hahaha.. ngano bitaw nag climb2x.. tagam non. hahah
