While writing this down, I am actually talking to a customer for almost an hour now. I hate this kind of call, it's very long, time consuming and tiring. I wanted to shout at the woman i'm talking in the phone. Seems that she's not listening to me leading her not to understand all the instructions I am giving to her. Are you sleeping madam? She's really testing my patience. Damn it! But what can I do, it is part of my job. Sigh* But it's alright because I'm also busy exchanging sms to someone important, probably the one I will be spending the rest of my life with. :)
