first teambuilding of the year 2010;Bantayan Island

Just about 2 weeks ago we had our teambuilding at Bantayan Island. We stayed at Sugar Beach Resort and we just assembled our tents near the seashore and had rented one room for our belongings. We had fun though it was quite tiring for my teammates because they were not able to sleep because we travelled after the night's work. I was just a bit lucky because I was on sick leave for 2 days and was able to rest before travelling while my teammates didn't.

Bantayan Island itself defines the what we called paradise. For me, the place is oozing and relaxing. With its white sand and long shoreline, who would not enjoy and relax in a place like that. I'm not sure though how much we paid for the room and other things during our stay there, but based on the liquidation of the budget, we only spent a small amount of money.

For only 3000/head you can already enjoy the whole island by all means.

Ceres bus going to Hagnaya = 50/head 
Roro                                    = 150/head terminal fee included

You can set-up a tent for only 150/tent.
If you want to get a room, you can rent at Moby Deck for only 50 pesos.
Or a room in the resort for only 1,500 which is only good for 2.

Food is not a question because the island vendors sell very affordable food items.

For pedicab, from pier to the place where you wanted to stay, it will only cost 25/head.

You can also rent a motorcyle for only 250 only if I'm not mistaken so that you can go everywhere you want in the island.
