Retraining Week

Wew!~ It would be a perfect week for sure. A week without answering calls from irate and calm customers. Pressure-free and stress-free. Hmm.. I'm not saying that i'm not enjoying taking calls but there are just times that we need to stop doing the things that we usually do because of a lot of reason. This is the time to relax a little bit and somewhat enjoy the whole week refreshing your memory to the topics which become unfamiliar because you have not encounter it for a long time. For example: Eshop, cms and all other services offered by the company.

We are actually in our 2nd day of technical retraining and I am still enjoying it. Believe it or not, i'm not drowsy this time.. hahaha.. For the last two retrainings we had, I was all the way sleeping. My goodness!..As a result I received a feedback from my Technical Leader. Hahaha. Very irresponsible agent back then. Hahaha. But everything is okay now.. :).. I have learned my lessons.

I'm running out of words, so got to go!~
